Deep Diver
Diving to deeper depths can be very exciting. There may be a beautiful wreck or special creature you are trying to see. Therefore, you need this specialty to certify you to 40 meters. Together, we’ll learn about deep dive planning, gas supply management, and narcosis. Furthermore, we will learn about special buddy procedures.
Nitrox Diver
You will be certified to dive with Nitrox Enriched Air with this specialty. Currently, it is the most popular specialty offered by PADI. It makes sense. It’s very useful. Diving with Enriched Air allows you to dive for a longer time at deeper depths. Furthermore, it makes your dives safer. Additionally, we’ll go over the special procedures regarding Nitrox diving over the course.
You will get to dive using a Nitrox tank after your course as well. We have a lot of marine life to watch at deeper depths. For example, Molas tend to hang around 30 meters!
Underwater Naturalist
Become an Underwater Naturalist and see the underwater world in a whole new way! Firstly, you will learn about the various relationships that marine animals have throughout the course. Later, your instructor will teach you more about the local underwater ecology and habitats. After completion, you’re sure to have a better understanding of our underwater environment. AWARE Coral Reef Conservation Specialty Course
This specialty is for you if you love corals! While you’ll learn all about the different varieties of coral, we will also teach you how we can protect them. We really do love our Manta rays! Do you know that they can measure more than 7m wide? Together, we will go over their physiology, habitat, behaviors, and more. “I just finished a Divemaster course at Legend Diving. Their location is strategically close to beautiful beaches and wonderful dive sites with rich marine life. The course was done professionally and methodically, just like how I expected it to be. I was paired with a few different instructors to develop various skills within the program and the experience enriched my understanding of the Divemaster Trainee (DMT) role. Each and every instructor was friendly and supportive of my success. It was an honor to be surrounded by professionals who are passionate about diving and happy to share their knowledge.”
